Bath Time!

While we normally wouldn't post nekkid pictures of our newborn, I just couldn't resist sharing our bath time experience.  He has such a cute tushie!!

Couldn't Resist

We believe Austin might suffer from the infant form of Acid Reflux (GERD), but we're still in the process of determining exactly what is going on.  In the meantime, it's been suggested that he sleep propped up, so he's been sleeping in the stroller.  I didn't realize that the blankets we are using to cushion the seat promote static electricity....

...some days it doesn't pay to have that much hair.

Grandma Trina and Great Grandma Andreasen

Friday we spent the afternoon having lunch and shopping in Ogden with Grandma Trina and Great Grandma Andreasen.  It was great spending time with everyone and we even had time to snap some quick pictures along the way.

4 Generations of Andreasen women surround the little boys.

Grandma Trina was a HUGE help in keeping the little one from screaming his head off.

Grandma Andreasen even got in on the act and helped keep Austin happy during our trip.  After being spoiled by his two grandmothers, I don't think it took much to keep him happy.

For the record, this was my first chance to learn the ropes of changing diapers in a public restroom.  We went through 4 diapers (someone needed to remind me what happens when little boys get cold) and two outfits, but we managed to work it out with Grandma's help.

3 Weeks

I know it hasn't been a complete month yet, but he looked so cute after our weekly house trip that I couldn't resist.  It's hard to believe he's almost a month old!

It was unusually warm today (April 8th), so we let him hang out in his onesie for his afternoon nap....can you call it a nap when it's all they do at this age?  :)

Ok, maybe not EVERYone was happy that I was snapping these pictures.

This one is self-explanatory.  Now if only I could share the audio with you as well....

Daddy was bathing Austin again this morning and the cat felt they needed supervision.  Apparently it was "boys day" in the bathroom this morning.

Visiting with Aunt Jenny

We finally have a picture of Austin hanging out with his Aunt Jenny.  It looks like she was smart enough to dodge the spit up and let Grandma Toni take care of the burping.

One Month Old

For Austin's one-month birthday we spent the day working out the best medication combination to deal with his acid reflux.  Luckily we've caught it early, but he's still not a happy camper when we eat.  Maybe I shouldn't have told him to "say cheese"...
