4 MonthsWe're a little late on the four month pictures, but we needed to get moved into the new house first. I packed most of his "picture props" and it just wouldn't have been the same without them. So here they are, the long awaited four month old photos of the little tyke. Ok, these were just too cute not to take. The boy was in a good mood and I needed a new snapshot for my MSN service. The little man has discovered his feet this month and started putting them in his mouth last night. Apparently that's a good thing, so we'll just make sure to keep his toes clean. You have no idea how hard it was to keep him sitting still in these shots. He's learned that rolling makes him mobile and he rarely stays in one place anymore. In fact, he now sleeps on his tummy with his rear-end poking up in the air. I'm working on getting a shot of that :)
New ToyI snapped these shots so Beau could see how much Austin was enjoying his new toy. We got him an exerciser that lets him sit/stand since he seems to want to be upright more often than not. Between wiggling across the floor and his desire to sit up, I think my days of quiet are quickly going to be replaced by chaos!
Family Day
6 MonthsI've been snapping pictures throughout the last few months, but haven't managed to get them posted. Somehow, I also missed getting comparison shots for 5 months. Regardless, here are his 6 month photos along with favorites from the past few weeks. The little man wasn't pleased when I was trying to take the pictures this month. Hopefully I'll have a chance to snap more later on. Look at the cool new toy Grandma Kammeyer got us! Despite the look of terror on his face, he really does like the lion. And here's how we cheered him up after the photo-shoot was over. It's amazing how quickly they can turn on and off the waterworks :) |
